Slough Dolphin Swimming Club has moved Swimming Lessons payment to GoCardless.

Please follow this process to set up the new Direct Debit Mandate.

GO CARDLESS SETUP PROCEDURE:


ONE SWIMMER @ CLUB


1. Log in to your swimmer account on Swim Club Manager (https://app.swimclubmanager.co.uk/login) first time users SwimClubManager
2. Select the Finances tile from your swimmer’s Dashboard. (Do not use App on phone, has to be URL through Web Browser).
3. Follow instructions to set up a direct debit mandate.
( If you already have a GoCardless DD Mandate set up for any other clubs for which you are a
member, you can use the same mandate here - follow the instructions on screen)
4. Once you have set up the mandate you will receive an email to the email address that is
registered to the swimmer confirming set up of the mandate and with details on how the
mandate will work and what will appear on your bank statement.
5. Future payment to the club will be advised to you via email with funds being debited 3
days after the notification.


MORE THAN ONE SWIMMER @ CLUB


1. Log in to your parent account at Swim Club Manager
NB - If you don’t have a parent account set up discuss with your Membership Secretary
2. Select the Finances tile from your Dashboard.
3. Follow instructions to set up a direct debit mandate.
( If you already have a GoCardless DD Mandate set up for any other clubs for which you are a
member, you can use the same mandate here - follow the instructions on screen)
4. Once you have set up the mandate you will receive an email to the email address that is
registered to the swimmer confirming set up of the mandate and with details on how the
mandate will work and what will appear on your bank statement.
5. Select Members from the right hand menu, then select “View My Swimmers”.
6. Select each of your allocated swimmers in turn and click on their name. For each of
them, select the Bank icon from the top navigation bar.
7. You’ll be guided through linking your DD mandate with your swimmer. Please make sure
you follow steps 5 and 6 for each of your swimmers in turn so that all are connected with
your DD mandate .
8. Future payment to the club will be advised to you via email with funds being debited 3
days after the notification.
