LOG BOOKS
Log books are used to keep track of each swimmer's individual training program (available from the club shop). They must contain the following information:
Training records Current best times Competition results Test results Personal well being information
TRAINING
Montem Sports Centre is the home of the Club where most of the training takes place. However Eton College and Beechwood School pools are also used. The Head Coach may decide to add extra training for the swimmers in preparation for a big competition, usually at no cost but sometimes there may be a small charge to cover pool hire.
Are you committed? Are you competitive? Are you willing to train regularly? We are always looking for new members.
Mondays are Club Night at Montem and everyone is welcome to a free trial swim. Further information is available from the Membership Secretary or from the Contact Us link.
Swimmers need to arrive by poolside 15 minutes prior to sessions to warm up and stretch in preparation for training.
