1. Learn to Swim Academy
Building water confidence and essential safety skills following the official Swim England Stages 1 to 7.
Commitment & Focus
Focuses on fundamentals, water safety, and perfect stroke technique before speed. Typical commitment: ~1 hour per week.

Bridging the gap between lessons and squad training. Focusing on stamina, legal stroke technique, and racing starts.
Commitment & Focus
Preparation for club-level swimming. Introduces basic sets, pace clock usage, and team etiquette. Typical commitment: 2-3 hours per week.

Introduction to competitive racing skills, advanced stroke mechanics, and competing in local open galas.
Commitment & Focus
Swimmers begin racing in external meets. Heavy focus on Individual Medley (IM) development and race execution. Typical commitment: 3-5 hours per week.

High-intensity athletic training program targeting County, Regional and National qualification times.

Elite tier for dedicated athletes. Includes specialized land training and warm-weather camps. Typical commitment: up to 11-14 hours per week.
