1. Learn to Swim
Building water confidence and essential safety skills across our 4 foundational groups: Young Beginners to Stroke Development.
Squad Profile
- Age Base: 4+ Years
- Volume: ~30 - 60 mins/wk
- Target: Swim England 1–6
- Focus: Fundamentals, water safety, and perfect stroke technique.
- Motivation: Master the basics to build a foundation that lasts a lifetime.

2. Junior Skills
Developing foundational racing skills, technique, and stamina. The perfect transitional bridge into competitive swimming.
Squad Profile
- Age Base: Approx. 7–11
- Volume: 2 hours/wk
- Target: Internal Trials
- Focus: Swimming lengths, reading pace clocks, and introductory time trials.
- Motivation: Take your first dive off the blocks and experience the thrill of racing!

3. Junior Competitive
Our core young competitors. For athletes actively competing in galas and local open meets, hunting for official times.

- Age Base: Approx. 9–14
- Volume: 4 - 5 hours/wk
- Target: Open & County Meets
- Focus: Intense pool and land training to build racing engines.
- Motivation: Dominate at the county level to prove you have the power to step up!

4. Performance Dev
High-intensity training dedicated to preparing talented athletes for strict Regional and National qualification.

- Age Base: Approx. 11–15
- Volume: 6.5 hours/wk
- Target: Regional Meets
- Focus: Heavy water volume and structured gym sessions to build elite form.
- Motivation: Push past the pain barrier and secure your regional qualifying times.

5. Performance
Our elite squad tier. Requires maximum commitment to training and racing schedules for athletes competing at the highest levels.

- Age Base: 13+ Years
- Volume: 8+ hours/wk
- Target: National Qualifiers
- Focus: Highest tier of youth performance with maximum training volume pushing limits.
- Motivation: Commit entirely to the process and hunt down National glory.
