Swim England Memberships: As an affiliated club, all members must join Swim England. Swimmers are registered in the Club Compete category (for the structured competition pathway), while parents, officials, and volunteers are registered in the Club Support category.

Payment & Shutdowns: Your training fee is an annual cost conveniently divided into 12 equal monthly payments. There may be a two-week "summer & winter shutdown" in August and at Christmas. Please DO NOT cancel your direct debit during these periods, as shutdowns are already accounted for in the annual fee calculation. Refunds are not given for individual cancelled sessions (e.g., pool issues or bank holidays), as fees are based on fixed annual overheads.

Leaving the Club & Penalties: If you wish to leave, we require one month's written notice submitted to [email protected] (per Constitution Rule 5.1). We will issue a final invoice and cancel future regular payments after confirming your leaving date. Premature cancellation of direct debits causes significant administrative work and will incur an administration fee of £25 per unpaid invoice.
